RaisingHost Terms Of Service

All our "Web Hosting" services provided by RaisingHost aka "RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions" may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indenify and hold harmless RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibited are the websites or domains that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions' servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also "strictly" prohibited..

Examples of Unacceptable Content or Links:.
Pirated software hacker programs, phishing sites or archives Warez sites..


Bandwidth, Traffic and Disk Space Usage

The purpose of our unlimited Bandwidth Policy is to assure owners of standard web sites and small businesses that they will not be surprise billed for bandwidth usage. Our unlimited Bandwidth Policy does not cover certain web sites. These include the following:

» Web Portals/Communities/Forums - Any sites that have members and/or forums.
» Online Gaming - Includes online casinos and single/multiplayer online games.
» Image Galleries - Includes eBay or other online auction image dumps.
» Downloads - Any site that prompts for a download or has large applets.
» Audio/Video - Any streaming content, web-cams or audio/video downloads.
» Chat - Includes PHP and Java chat rooms. CGI-based chat is not allowed on our servers.
» Copyrighted media - includes but not limited to: Video, Music, TV, Radio..
» Warez, IRC, Child pornography, Hacking tools / material.
» Anything that may harm us, the server, or anyone else (mentally, physically). 

Linux Server Resource Limits

CloudLinux Regular Server Resource Limits Regular limit means a limit that users are allowed to burst at any given time and for any time period that they prefer*, individual resource limit allocations are for each cPanel account, listed for each plan is given below.

Currently we do not allow IRC or bots to be operated on our servers, Because IRC connections are usually unencrypted and typically span long time periods, they are an attractive target for Dos/DDoS attackers and hackers.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.

Refusal of Service

We completely reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to web hosting & dedicated servers.


By the Account Activation Date of each month, RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions shall either:

1.debit the client's credit card (when such information has been provided by the client); or 2.deliver, by e-mail or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered for the current month. When an invoice is delivered to the client, payment shall be remitted to RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions by no later than the specified payment due date. RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client's failure to make timely payments. You will be provided with an invoice on a monthly basis. All credit cards are billed automatically on a monthly basis. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover this transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, we will send an e-mail notification, at which point we will need to be provided with another credit card account number within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the account, and all accounts under that account plan, will be suspended.
We do not offer Services or addons like Free Domain Registration, Free Dedicated IP, Free private SSL Free WHMCS License with discounted prices.

Service Fees

Certain services carry a setup fee charged by RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions to client, which must be paid by client in order to have use of said services. If client terminates this agreement, client shall be responsible for any and all outstanding fees owed to RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions and agrees to pay any and all fees incurred by client. Because the services are provided on a monthly basis, the client will be responsible for service fees incurred each month, regardless of when client provides notice of termination. Thus, for example, if the client provides notice of termination on the 15th day of a particular month, the client will be responsible for service fees for the entire month, and such fees will not be pro-rated or refunded.

30 Money back guarantee & refund policy

We offer a 30 day Money back guarantee. Refunds: If client has retained the services for one year and has pre-paid RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions for such services, refunds will be issued for any unused full month of the services, upon client's request. Therefore, if client's account is cancelled at any point during the one-year term, client will be entitled to a refund for the months remaining, after notice given by the 25th day of the preceding month. Also its required by the client to cancel auto recurring payment set with payment gateway as we do not auto charge but cancelation required by clients end and there wont be refund with respect to it.

Account Deactivations

Any account deactivated due to non-payment will require a reactivation fee of $20.00 prior to reactivation. As we are suppose to keep backups at our end server end and which utilize backup server and hence these charges are applicable

Cancellation Refunds

We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts as we offer 30 days only money back guarantee
All hosting plans come with a 30 day money guarantee. If for whatever reason we fail to satisfy your needs and are within 30 days we will fully refund your money all we ask is you give us a reason so, this will help us improve company service procedures.
- Refund is not applicable for VPS & Dedicated Servers as they involve setup.

Refunds and Disputes

All payments to RaisingHost are non refundable (unless covered by 30-day Money Back Guarantee). This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage. All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. Disputed charges to your credit card issuer, also known as charge backs, in RaisingHost discretion which is valid, under the terms and conditions of our SLA, AUP, and TOS, will result in service interruption, and reconnection fees to restore the desired service/service.

Limitation of Liability

RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions ' servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions ' servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service and these decisions cant be reversed.

RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions are not directly owned or written by RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions. We completely reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions sees fit.

Account Activation

By activating your account with RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accepted policies , guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.

NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.

Server Uptime Guarantee

RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions guarantees 99.9% service (http, ftp, pop, imap, smtp) uptime on all hosting plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime.

RaisingHost Web Hosting Solutions reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

» COVERAGE - This Web Site Availability SLA applies to you if you have ordered ANY hosting plans ("Service") and you are in good financial standing with RaisingHost .
» SERVICE LEVEL - RaisingHost endeavors to have network connectivity available for http access by third parties 99.9% of the time ("Web Site Availability").
» CREDITS - In the event that there is no Web Site Availability, RaisingHost will credit the monthly service charge for the Service as calculated below and as measured 24-hours a day in a calendar month, with the maximum credit not to exceed the monthly service charge for the affected month: Web Site Availability Credit 95% to 99.4% = 25% 90% to 94.9% = 50% 89.9% or below = 100% In order for you to receive a credit on your account, you must request such credit within seven (7) business days after you experienced no Web Site Availability. You must request credit by sending an electronic mail message to [email protected] For security, the body of this message must contain your account number/domain name, the dates and times of the unavailability of your web site, and such other customer identification requested by RaisingHost. Credits will usually be applied within sixty (30) days of your credit request. Credit to your account shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event that there is no Web Site Availability.
» RESTRICTIONS - Credits shall not be provided to you in the event that you have no Web Site Availability resulting from (i) Scheduled maintenance, (ii) Your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications, or (iii) Circumstances beyond RaisingHost reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your Web Site.
» LIMITATIONS - On-line problems occur continuously. There might come a time when you cannot access your website or any other service. This is not necessarily due to RaisingHost. Perhaps your ISP is experiencing technical difficulties, or there might be a routing problem between your ISP and RaisingHost, making communication difficult or impossible. We cannot bear the responsibility of such problems. Our monitoring agents determine the uptime of our service, and not any one client's experience.
» BANDWIDTH OVERAGE - Bandwidth overage will be charged with rate as $0.10 for dedicated servers
